Our Story
El Guero Taquero started as a single cart on a busy corner, where the line stretched around the block and the smell of sizzling carne asada pulled strangers in as customers. That spirit never left — it only grew.
Today we're a fixture on West Indian School Road, still pressing tortillas by hand, still marinating our meats the way our family taught us. Every taco carries the same fire and honesty as that first cart.

Walk in and you'll hear the sizzle before you see anything else. That's the sound of food made with intention. We keep things simple: good music, bright lights, and a counter full of options.

I drive across town just for these tacos. The al pastor is exactly what I remember from my trips to Mexico — perfectly spiced with that charred pineapple edge.
The El Guero hot dog is ridiculous in the best way. Everything is fresh, the salsa bar is incredible, and the people here make you feel like family.
We ordered catering for our quinceañera and the food was the highlight of the night. Everyone kept asking where we got it. Already planning our next order.
